On the final page (Checkout) you will see a field for appointment notes. Please enter any specific material reference numbers here (eg ‘Tanunda St John’s Vol1’), or broad themes or series (eg ‘CW Schürmann Personal Papers’ or ‘Springhead Congregation Box 1’)
